Special Events

We are a fully equipped Teacher Training Center that offers Master Teacher GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Certification Courses, Workshops, Intensives and Master Classes for both certified apprentices and the general public. 

We also offer Yamuna® Body Rolling for the general public.

We have specialized workshops on various types of equipment and exercise programing.

GYROTONIC® Method utilizes speciality equipment to accomplish your goals.
