Tai Chi

Tai chi, also called tai chi chuan, is a noncompetitive system of gentle exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. 

The essential principles include mind and body integration; control of movements and breathing to cultivate the qi or life energy within us to flow smoothly and powerfully throughout the body.

The practice is great for stress, strength, balance and flexibility  and may help with cardiovascular and cognitive function.

Jonathan Cunningham is a healing and movement arts instructor who teaches both Tai Chi and Qi Gong for adults and children.
